Refund Policy

1. Refund period

You have 14 days from the date that your order was completed to request a refund.

2. Canceled orders: refund to your Taskelio balance

If your order was canceled, the funds will be credited to your Taskelio balance. Taskelio doesn’t automatically process refunds after an order’s cancellation. 

If you don’t want to get your refund as a credit to your Taskelio balance, you must request a refund directly from us by contacting support@taskelio.com.

3. Refund timeline

Once a refund is initiated, the refund will take different amounts of time to reflect—depending on which method you choose to receive the funds.

Example: PayPal vs Stripe

For payments made via PayPal, refunds are usually completed within 48 hours of the request being processed by Taskelio, but can take up to 5 business days.

For payments made via Stripe, refunds take slightly longer due to the card issuer’s processing time. Usually, these refunds are completed within 5 to 10 days of the request being processed. However, in extreme cases, it can take up to 2 weeks. 

4. Incomplete refunds

If the funds credited to your payment provider are incomplete, remember that orders are refunded to your Fiverr balance, and sometimes those funds are reused when you make any new purchases. This is why the funds credited to your payment provider may seem incomplete. Check your most recent orders to confirm if they were paid for using your Fiverr balance. If you have any issues regarding your account balance, contact support@taskelio.com or submit a support ticket.

5. Refunds to a different card or PayPal account

We are only able to refund funds to the original payment source used to process the payment. Fiverr is not able to change the card or PayPal account to where the funds will be credited.

6. Refund currency

If you paid for your order using a currency other than US dollars, your refund will be processed in the same currency and amount used in the payment.

7. Refund amount

Your refund will consist of everything you originally paid minus any transaction fees required to send the money back to you (given the payment platform you chose). For example, if you cancel your $100.00 order and request a refund via Stripe, then the net refund amount you receive will be $100.00 minus Stripe’s transaction fee.
